Maila Nurmi, aka Vampira, the first TV horror host, died Jan. 10 of natural causes. Although she gave much to the horror community, she did not have very much money in the end. A coalition of fans is working to get Nurmi interred at Hollywood Forever cemetery, where she rightly belongs. A memorial fund has been set up to achieve this goal, and this show will benefit that cause.
